Kanskje har du tenkt at \u00e9n feil betyr at alt vil g\u00e5 galt, eller at \u00e9n d\u00e5rlig opplevelse betyr at fremtiden ser dyster ut. Disse automatiske og ofte forvrengte tankene kan ha stor innvirkning p\u00e5 hvordan vi f\u00f8ler oss og hvordan vi h\u00e5ndterer livets utfordringer.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I terapien jobber man med \u00e5 forst\u00e5 og endre disse tankem\u00f8nstrene, som kalles <\/span><b>kognitive forvrengninger<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De er en slags mental \"feiltolkning\" som f\u00e5r oss til \u00e5 overdrive det negative eller overse det positive i livet. N\u00e5r vi blir oppmerksomme p\u00e5 disse m\u00f8nstrene, kan vi begynne \u00e5 utfordre dem og f\u00e5 et mer realistisk syn p\u00e5 oss selv og verden. Kognitive forvrengninger oppst\u00e5r vanligvis n\u00e5r vi st\u00e5r overfor stressende eller emosjonelt utfordrende situasjoner, men de kjennetegner alle mennesker og dukker ogs\u00e5 opp i det vanlige hverdagslivet.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4&#8243; _builder_version=\"4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.19.1&#8243; _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p>\n<h2>Typer av kognitive forvrengninger<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det finnes ti brede kategorier av kognitive forvrengninger som de fleste er mer eller mindre kjent med:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Svart-hvitt-tenkning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (eller alt-eller-intet-tenkning): \u00c5 se ting i ekstreme kategorier uten nyanser, f.eks. som enten \"bare bra\" eller \"bare d\u00e5rlig\", uten noen mellomting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Overgeneralisering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00c5 trekke generaliserte konklusjoner basert p\u00e5 en enkelt hendelse, for eksempel \u00e5 tro at \"ingenting g\u00e5r riktig\" fordi \u00e9n ting gikk galt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Katastrofetankegang<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du forventer det verste, selv n\u00e5r det ikke er noen grunn til \u00e5 tro at det vil skje. Du ser for deg de verst tenkelige utfallene av en situasjon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mental filtrering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Fokuserer utelukkende p\u00e5 de negative sidene ved en situasjon og ignorerer de positive sidene. Dette kan f\u00e5 selv gode opplevelser til \u00e5 virke d\u00e5rlige. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Diskvalifiserer det positive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Du avviser positive opplevelser eller komplimenter som irrelevante eller tilfeldige, og velger i stedet \u00e5 opprettholde et negativt syn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tankelesning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du antar at andre tenker negativt om deg uten \u00e5 ha bevis for det.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Forst\u00f8rrelse og minimalisering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Du overdriver sm\u00e5 feil eller problemer og bagatelliserer eller ignorerer dine egne suksesser eller positive egenskaper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Emosjonalisering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Du tror at f\u00f8lelsene gjenspeiler virkeligheten. N\u00e5r vi l\u00e6rer oss \u00e5 gjenkjenne og utfordre dem, kan vi begynne \u00e5 se oss selv og omgivelsene v\u00e5re med et mer realistisk blikk.
