Og n\u00e5r alt kommer til alt, er det helsen v\u00e5r som betyr mest.   <\/p>\n<p>I tillegg kan det v\u00e6re nyttig \u00e5 minne seg selv p\u00e5 at det er menneskelig \u00e5 \"feile\" og ikke kunne \"prestere\" p\u00e5 alle arenaer hele tiden, fordi vi er mennesker med behov og begrensninger og ikke roboter. \u00c5 \"feile\" eller slite i perioder er derfor en uunng\u00e5elig del av livet, og det er kanskje der vi l\u00e6rer og vokser mest. S\u00e5 ikke sl\u00e5 deg selv i hodet hele tiden over sm\u00e5 eller store \"feil\", men l\u00e6r av dem, g\u00e5 videre og v\u00e6r snill med deg selv i prosessen. For h\u00f8ye forventninger til oss selv og sammenligninger med andre kan lett drepe livsgleden og de tingene du gj\u00f8r bra. Det kan v\u00e6re nyttig \u00e5 sette ting i perspektiv og tenke over om du ville blitt sint eller skuffet hvis en venn for eksempel satte en grense eller sa nei til \u00e5 bli sett. Sannsynligvis ikke.  <\/p>\n<p>I tillegg er det viktig for din mentale helse at du setter grenser. Vurder om en foresp\u00f8rsel eller oppgave virkelig passer inn i din kalender og dine behov. Husk at et nei til andre ofte er et ja til deg selv, og at vi kan v\u00e6re mer til stede for andre n\u00e5r vi tar vare p\u00e5 oss selv f\u00f8rst. En god natts s\u00f8vn bidrar til \u00e5 gjenoppbygge kroppen og hjernen, og forbedrer konsentrasjonen, hum\u00f8ret og immunforsvaret. Tommelfingerregelen for nok s\u00f8vn er 7-8 timer i d\u00f8gnet for menn, mens kvinner generelt trenger mer s\u00f8vn og trives best med 8-9 timer daglig s\u00f8vn. Skap en god s\u00f8vnrutine ved \u00e5 legge deg og st\u00e5 opp til samme tid hver dag, unng\u00e5 skjermer f\u00f8r du legger deg og skap en rolig s\u00f8vnatmosf\u00e6re.   <\/p>\n<p>Det er ogs\u00e5 en fordel \u00e5 ta pauser i l\u00f8pet av dagen, spesielt hvis du er ekstra anstrengt i en periode. Ta s\u00e5 mange pauser du kan, selv om det bare er 15 minutter. Det kan gj\u00f8re underverker! Faktisk viser forskning at folk presterer bedre p\u00e5 jobb hvis de tar pauser underveis. S\u00e5 pass p\u00e5 at du ikke overbooker kalenderen din, slik at du f\u00e5r tid til \u00e5 lade batteriene.
