Mindfulness-\u00f8velser kan v\u00e6re guidede meditasjoner eller puste\u00f8velser, og for mange vil dette v\u00e6re forbundet med restitusjon og hvile. Ro og avslapping kan v\u00e6re et hyggelig resultat av mindfulness, men det er ikke det prim\u00e6re fokuset.  <\/p>\n<p>Fokuset i mindfulness er \u00e5 trene oppmerksomheten. Som mennesker kan vi ha en tendens til \u00e5 tenke mye, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 hva som har skjedd, hva som kan komme til \u00e5 skje, og bekymre oss for ting som ikke skjer i \u00f8yeblikket. N\u00e5r vi trener oppmerksomheten v\u00e5r med mindfulness, \u00f8ver vi oss i \u00e5 bli oppmerksomme p\u00e5 hvilke tanker, f\u00f8lelser og fornemmelser vi har, og \u00e5 m\u00f8te disse opplevelsene med en h\u00f8yere grad av aksept. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5ten trener vi oss i \u00e5 bli mer oppmerksomme p\u00e5 det vi sanser og opplever i \u00f8yeblikket, uten \u00e5 evaluere det eller tenke p\u00e5 andre ting. \u00c5 \u00f8ve opp mindfulness og v\u00e5r evne til \u00e5 v\u00e6re \u00e5pent til stede i \u00f8yeblikket kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt gunstig. Med utgangspunkt i oppmerksomt n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og tilstedev\u00e6relse i nuet med \u00e5penhet og aksept for det du opplever, kan du \"\u00f8ve\" mindfulness p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5ter. Det kan v\u00e6re gjennom meditasjon, mindfulness-trening og puste\u00f8velser, yoga, \u00e5 v\u00e6re i naturen, utforske sansene dine eller fordype deg i kunst eller musikk. Kort sagt handler det om \u00e5 v\u00e6re til stede i det du er i, og la tanker og bekymringer gli forbi deg mens du lar oppmerksomheten hvile p\u00e5 det virkelige \"n\u00e5\".    <\/p>\n<p>Det finnes mange apper, nettsteder og b\u00f8ker som introduserer mindfulness, og du kan ogs\u00e5 finne b\u00e5de innspilte guider og kurs.
