Dette inkluderer HR-medarbeidere, ledere, leger, sosialarbeidere, psykologer, psykoterapeuter, l\u00e6rere, helsepersonell, konsulenter, coacher, trenere, mentorer, pedagoger og h\u00f8yskolel\u00e6rere. <\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5rt kognitive coachingprogram bygger p\u00e5 psykologiske, evidensbaserte terapimetoder som er utviklet og tatt i bruk siden 2017. Vi har integrert teknikker fra nyere psykologiske tiln\u00e6rminger som metakognitiv terapi, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness og Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
